With over 19 years of experience, Amy specializes in gentle therapies that help the body and mind relax. Her massage education includes advance modalities like oncology, Lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral balancing and myofascial release.

Amy believes all bodies deserve a massage and touch is a powerful tool to facilitate wellness and that continuing education is key to staying up-to-date with science. The mind and body connection span far beyond just muscle relaxation.

Ann has been working with The Mud Room for almost 3 years! She grew up struggling with cystic acne for many years and after feeling hopeless with Dermatologists and over the counter items, she knew she wanted to become an Esthetician to find answers and help not only herself but others who struggle. She strives to help people with all of their skin care struggles and help them achieve their skin health goals. She wants people to feel beautiful from the inside out!  

On her free time, she loves to spend time with family, in nature and enjoys being outdoors. Hiking, fishing and being close to the water brings her peace!
